The location of this place was very convenient for using taxis or Uber during our stay, and the queen-sized beds were beautiful.

Location, size of apartment and the facilites. Also having secure undercover parking was excellent. The " Barista Own " coffee was nice.
The kitchen could have had a few more items. After buying fresh produce at Queen Vic markets a bigger fry pan would have been welcome. A plunger coffee pot or the like would have been good.

Views were great, apartment was great - Theresa was absolutely wonderful in assisting us for a great stay. However, description on Booked.net confirmation was incorrect - we had a 2 bedroom apartment (which was correct) but Booked.net information said it had 3 bathrooms with a spa bath - this was not right. We had 2 bathrooms no spa bath.
No breadboard in the apartment. Taxi drivers had no idea where it was - and the apartments aren't actually called Waterfront Apartments, they are called Flinders Wharf Apartments, we found this confusing.

It was a gorgeous and absolutely great hotel in a shopping area, very close to shops and trams, and a tram stop along Flinders st which was very handy getting into the city. We were there for 5 nights and felt would love to go back.

Great location with proximity to public transport and the city centre
We were upgraded from a 2 to a 3 bedroom apartment however, with this upgrade we then missed out on the bbq, DVD/stereo, Air conditioning and spa bath. These were all promised with the 2 bedroom booking but not in the room we were given. Quite disappointing given we were travelling as a young family in summer and only needed the 2 bedrooms.

Extremely helpful staff at reception desk, and the ambience was elegant. Close to a tram line, the location was ideal and nice, very close to the convention center.

We booked it before and couldn't recommend it more to everyone. Fantastic and absolutely great hotel, greatly enjoyed our stay here. - the venue had a magnificent and wonderful location a minute walk from St Augustine Church. - You could walk to a mall and chemist's. Rewritten: We had stayed here before and have nothing but high recommendations for this fantastic hotel. - the location of the hotel, just a minute's walk from St Augustine Church, was absolutely magnificent. - Being able to walk to a nearby mall and chemist was a convenient added bonus.

Location was great. The view was good. The appartments have very good security. The Appartment we stayed in was clean, well equiped, and comfortable.
The correct name for these Apartments is - "Flinders Apartments". I think the name "waterfront Apartments " has come about for marketing purposes. Please revert back to the correct name to avoid confusion. Sky bus from the Airport does not have any listing for "Waterfront Apartments" Taxi drivers have never heard of it. But in saying that... Melbourne's taxi drivers are the worst I have ever encountered.

The location was fantastic, close to transport, shops, resturants and bars.
The apartment was falsely advertised as 2 bedroom 2 bathroom however on arrival we were informed it was only 1 bathroom. Too late to book another place we negiotiated a small price reduction. This was a major inconvenience to a girls holiday

Roomy.
We found this apartment a little disappointing. For the price we paid the flat did not excite and the furnishings were cheap. It was described as delux but it wasn'T. The main complaint was that the riverside view was actually one over the station. It was very interesting watching the tracks being replaced.
